Federal Circuit Filings 101: Appeals from the PTAB

In association with Virtual Patent Gateway, LLC (external link), Kevin McNish presented a one-hour webinar on the basic filings needed to conduct a Federal Circuit appeal of a Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceeding.

Topics include how to prepare and file a notice of appeal; prepare and file the docketing statement, entry of appearance, and certificate of interest; prepare initial appendix designations and the working appendix; format and file briefs and motions; and prepare and file the final appendix, among other topics. Attorneys and paralegals will benefit from this presentation.
